Baked Macaroni and Cheese |

Print this Recipe
1 cup macaroni, whole wheat or regular macaroni
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk, skim
1 cup cottage cheese, low-fat
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, extra-sharp
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon white peppers, ground
1 tablespoon bread crumbs, dried

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, without salt. Drain
3. Combine macaroni with next 6 ingredients. Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish that has been wiped with a little bit of oil. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour.
