8 zucchini 8-inch, cut in half lengthwise
1 tablespoon butter real, melted
Garlic salt to taste
2 pounds ground beef extra-lean
2 cups brown rice cooked
2 eggs
1 onion large, minced
1/2 cup chili sauce tomato-based
3 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons basil dried, crushed
2 teaspoons oregano dried, crushed
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Scoop out zucchini halves, leaving 1/2 -inch outer shell. Brush insides of halves with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt; set aside. Combine ground beef, brown rice, eggs, onion, chili sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill zucchini halves with meat mixture; place on grill and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Lower hood; cook 30 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness. Five minutes before serving sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
