Mexican Main Dish Salad |

Dressing:
1 avocado ripe, mashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
Tabasco® pepper sauce to taste
1 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
Blend dressing ingredients; chill for 2 hours.
1 lettuce medium iceberg washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup green onions sliced
1/2 cup olives sliced, pitted
2 cups chicken chopped cooked, lightly salted
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 cups corn chips crisp, coarsely crumbled
3 tomatoes peeled and cut in wedges
1 avocado sliced
Combine lettuce, green onions, olives, chicken, and cheese; toss. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Garnish with corn chips, tomatoes, and avocado.
