5 cups cabbage finely shredded
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1 cup cucumbers chopped, peeled
1 cup green bell peppers chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise real
2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
1 teaspoon dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cayenne pepper to taste
2 tablespoons pimiento chopped
Combine cabbage, celery, cucumber, and green pepper. In small bowl mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, and cayenne. Pour this mixture over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill. Garnish with pimiento.
