Barbecued Beans

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 (27-ounce) can kidney beans drained
2 (16-ounce) cans baked beans Boston
1 (15-ounce) can lima beans drained
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Salt to taste


Heat oven to 350° F. Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until tender do not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased 3-quart casserole for 25 to 30 minutes.
