2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 package (3-ounce) cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1. Drain sausage.
2. Stir in cheeses and seasonings. Cool slightly, then stir in 3/4 cup sour cream and milk.
3. Fill crepes. Roll and tuck in ends. Place in single layer in glass or ceramic baking dish.
4. Combine butter and 1/4 cup sour cream and spread on crepes.
5. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
