Ham & Cheese Crepe |

Crepes:
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted

1. Make crepes.
2. Mix sour cream, green onions, mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on crepes. Top with ham. Spread heaping tablespoon green onion mixture on ham. Roll crepes. Mix bread crumbs and melted
butter. Sprinkle on rolled crepes.
3. Bake crepes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Serve hot. Garnish with watercress
