Print this Recipe 1/2 cup drained peach halves 1/3 cup lowfat cottage cheese 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar 1 9" refridgerated prepared crepe 1 1/2 teaspoons apricot preserves 1. In small food processor, mixer or blender, combine peaches, cottage cheese and confectioners' sugar; process until smooth. 2. Brush crepe with fruit spread.
