   1 teaspoon sugar
   1/4 teaspoon baking powder
   1/4 teaspoon salt
   2/3 cup milk
   1 egg
   1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
   2 teaspoons butter, melted
   Banana Glaze:
   2 tablespoons butter
   1 tablespoon lemon juice
   1/4 cup brown sugar
   4 bananas, sliced
   Whipping cream
   Chopped nuts
