	Stuffed Mushrooms Mixture: Pork and Crabmeat

Print this Recipe

   1/4 pound lean pork
   1/4 pound crabmeat
   1 stalk scallions
   1 tablespoon soy sauce
   1 teaspoon cornstarch
   1 teaspoon peanut oil
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1 egg white, optional

Mince or grind together pork; crabmeat, picked over and flaked; and scallion stalk. Blend well with soy sauce, cornstarch, peanut oil, and salt. (You may also, if you wish, fold in egg white, beaten until fluffy but not stiff.)
