Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until zest is finely chopped. Store mixture in a covered shaker jar. To use, sprinkle generously on pork or chicken before cooking. For best flavor, let meat stand at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Tip: Sour cream will stay fresh and tasty longer if you stir in a teaspoon or two of white vinegar after first opening it.
