Chicken & Broccoli Bake

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted


Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and place in a lightly greased 8"x8" glass baking pan. In a saucepan over low heat, stir together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder until bubbly; stir in chicken. Spoon mixture over broccoli; top with cheese. Toss bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden and heated through.

Tip: Attach vintage porcelain or glass knobs in a row across a length of wood...just right for keeping tea towels and potholders handy.
