Pineapple Crumble

1 (16-ounce) can crushed pineapple unsweetened, drained
2 pears peeled, cored, & diced, medium
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
3 tablespoons margarine soy
2/3 cup matzo meal
1/3 cup walnuts ground
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat into a 9-inch square baking pan.

Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
