Fluffy Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:
12 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup (scant) peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 - 2 cups defrosted Cool Whip whipped topping
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts

Directions:

Graham Cracker Crust:
Blend all ingredients together and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in a 325° oven for 12–15 minutes.

Filling:
Whip cream cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in shell and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze. (Can easily be sliced while frozen.)
