Molasses Whole Wheat Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

Sift dry milk, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Mix shortening, molasses, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients to mixture. Add whole wheat flour and raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
