   1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
   2 tablespoons milk
   2 cups powdered sugar
   2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate (melted & cooled slightly)
   1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
   3 cups miniature marshmallows
   1/2 cup shredded coconut


Beat cream cheese and milk until well-blended. Gradually add powdered sugar, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonfuls into shredded coconut. Roll until well-coated. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet and chill about 1 hour.
