2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Pinch salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup flour
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Powdered sugar
In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, lemon zest, and salt; pulse. Whisk together egg and vanilla and add through processor tube. Press evenly into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan and bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden. Meanwhile mix together butter, brown sugar, and flour; set aside. Sprinkle blueberries over baked crust. Mix together sugar and nutmeg; sprinkle over blueberries. Put crumb mixture on top and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
