Maple Crisp Cookies


Serves: 30

Ingredients

2/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon maple extract
1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups crispy rice cereal

Directions:

Cream together butter, brown sugar, egg and maple flavoring. Add flour and baking soda. Stir in cereal. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes
