1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Blend flour, butter, and sugar together; press into baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Combine sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, flour and baking soda. Spread over crust and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes; remove from oven and cool in pan. Cut into squares.
