2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mixed Italian seasoning herbs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups instant potato flakes
2 pounds chicken pieces
1 (10-ounce) can gravy
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Pour evaporated milk, salt, Italian herbs, and pepper into a flat dish. Pour mashed potato flakes into another flat dish. Dip chicken pieces into milk mixture; then into potato flakes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours until tender and brown. Mix gravy and milk together; heat and serve with chicken.
