Chicken Breasts In Cream Sauce

Serves: 2

   2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
   2 tablespoons butter
   1 1/2 tablespoons flour
   1 cup chicken stock
   6 tablespoons softened butter
   6 tablespoons pimiento, chopped


Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan; add flour; stir well. Add chicken stock and continue stirring until smooth; set aside. Mix together butter and pimento; set aside. Reheat the sauce but do not boil. Add pimento mixture. Pour over the chicken breasts and serve.
