1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cups water
6 slices pineapple slices
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Arrange chicken pieces in baking pan, skin side down. Mix together onion, soy sauce, and water; pour over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, keep turning and basting, until richly browned and tender. When ready to serve, drain pineapple slices; roll pineapple in parsley. Serve with chicken.
