1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (14-ounce) can italian tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped olives
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon capers, drained
Pasta
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Put in skillet with olive oil; cook until tender; remove and place in serving dish in warm oven. Add garlic to skillet and cook until tender. Add Italian tomatoes, olives, parsley, and capers; heat thoroughly. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with pasta.
