Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese soft (1/2 of an 8-oz. container)
1 to 2 ounce blue cheese crumbled
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
10 pears canned halves, drained
2 tablespoons walnuts chopped

Directions:

1. In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, blue cheese, butter and orange juice until blended and fluffy (mixture will not be smooth).

2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in center of each pear half. Place in individual serving dishes, two per serving. Sprinkle with nuts.
