2 apples medium Red Delicious, diced (about 2 cups)
1 banana large or 2 small, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons splenda
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Lettuce leaves (optional)
1. Place apples, banana and celery in a medium bowl; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, splenda and heavy cream until smooth. Pour over apple mixture and toss until well coated. Transfer to a serving bowl or serve on lettuce leaves.
