This is the best Snowbird recipe on the web!!_ cups sugar _ cup water _ tablespoons limes freshly squeezed juice _ 12-ounce can club soda chilled _ slices limes (optional) In a small saucepan, stir sugar and water until blended. Scrape down sides of pan. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil for 3 minutes. Cool. Transfer to a jar, cover and chill. To Make Two Servings, place lime juice and 1/4 cup of the syrup in a small pitcher. Add club soda and stir. Pour over ice cubes in two 10-ounce glasses.* Garnish each glass with a lime slice. *If desired, use sugar-rimmed glasses.
