Creamy Orange Syllabub

Ingredients

1 cup whipped cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup orange instant breakfast drink powder
2 tablespoons instant tea powder
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 cup ice cubes
red maraschino cherry (optional)
orange slices, halved (optional)

Directions:

Place whipping cream, eggs, breakfast drink powder, tea powder and liqueur in a blender container cover and blend until smooth. While motor is running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid, blending until smooth and frothy.

Serve immediately in punch cups or whiskey sour glasses garnished with maraschino cherries and orange slices if desired.
