Drain fruits and reserve syrup. Evenly distribute fruits over the bottom of a 4 1/2 -cup ring mold. Freeze. Fill mold with water. Freeze again.
In a punch bowl, mix water, wine, lemonade, fruit punch and pineapple juice concentrates, brandy and reserved fruit syrup.
To serve, add ginger ale. Stir gently. Dip ice ring in warm water and unmold. Float fruit-side up in punch bowl. Serve in punch cups.
