Veal and Peppers

Ingredients

3 pounds boneless veal scallops, cut into 2" cubes
4 green bell peppers, cut in 1/8' strips
3 onions, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound mushrooms, quartered
3 chicken bouillon cubes, , crushed
3/4 teaspoon basil
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans diced tomatoes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in removable crockpot liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours.
