Mother Flanagan's Ham Soup


Serves: 8

Ingredients

1 pound ham, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 (16-ounce) can whole kernal corn
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
3 to 4 cups water
French bread roll, (optional)

Directions:

Combine ingredients all together in crockpot, adding enough water to cover the solids. Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours, or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Yield 6-8 servings. Serve with hot french rolls.
