Ingredients

3 pounds beef round steaks
salt and pepper to taste
flour, as needed
2 sweet onions, sliced and seperated into rings
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
8 ounces macaroni or noodles, cooked separately

Directions:

Cut steak into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Place 1/2 of the onions in the bottom of the crockpot, top with steak, then rest of onions. Pour worcestershire sauce around steak. Pour stewed tomatoes on top, cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours, or until meat is very temder. Serve with macaroni or noodles, cooked separately.

Leftover macaroni is refrigerated in the same bowl as the leftover steak, and soaks up the good flavor of the gravy. Leftovers are delicious reheated in your microwave at 50%.
