Steak 'n Mushroom Rolls

Ingredients

1 pound thinly sliced grilled or broiled steak
1 large portobello mushroom, sliced, sautéed, or grilled
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
lettuce leaves
4 - 6 rolls, tortilla wraps, por pita pockets

Directions:

Marinate first 4 ingredients in balsamic vinaigrette; refrigerate 2 hours or more. Put lettuce leaves on warmed or toasted bread on plate and top with steak mixture.
