Buffalo Chicken on a Roll

Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken, boned, skinned, shredded
1/2 cup chicken wing hot sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
12 Kaiser rolls
2 cups shredded cheese blend

Directions:

Combine chicken, hot sauce, and water in saucepan; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir together mayo, dressing, celery, and blue cheese in bowl. Split rolls; toast slightly, if desired. Spoon chicken mixture on bottom, then shredded cheese, then mayo mixture. Close with bun top.
