___ cup whipped cream whipped, or dairy sour cream
___ cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
_ 1/2 teaspoons horseradish prepared
Heat oven to 350° F. Place riced potatoes (without liquid or seasonings added) in a well-buttered 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 -inch loaf pan. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer cubed ham over potatoes. Blend whipped cream or sour cream with cheese and horseradish. Spread over ham. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
