	Ham-Spinach Filling

   _ 10-ounce package spinach chopped
   ___ cup green onions minced
   _ tablespoons butter or margarine
   _ 1/2 cups ham diced cooked
   ___ cup sour cream
   _ tablespoons mayonnaise real
   _ tablespoon horseradish prepared

In a medium saucepan cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and squeeze to remove as much moisture as possible.

In the medium saucepan sauté green onions in butter or margarine for 3 minutes.

Add spinach, ham, sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Heat through (do not boil).

Use with Ham-Spinach Roll.
