Heat reserved drippings in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; sauté until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside; stir in sauce, garlic, Parmesan cheese and butter. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, returning chicken and bacon to skillet after 5 minutes. Stir in noodles, tossing to coat.
Tip: Boneless chicken breasts are easily flattened for quicker cooking. Simply place between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound to desired thickness with a meat tenderizer or even a small saucepan.
