1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti broken into thirds
   1/4 cup butter or margarine
   1/4 cup all-purpose flour
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon black pepper
   3/4 cup chicken broth
   1 1/4 cups milk
2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
   1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in turkey and mushrooms.

4. Drain spaghetti; place in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir in turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Mary W. shares her Recipe "During my chemotherapy, this is the one dish everyone in my family could sit down to and enjoy. It freezes well, so it can be frozen and reheated when you need it."

FOOD for THOUGHT
Poultry, such as turkey and chicken, is a good source of zinc, a mineral needed in very small amounts. Deficiencies of zinc can lead to decreased appetite and a reduced ability to taste and smell.
