Family-Favorite Stew

   1 pound ground beef
   2 cups water
   2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans each, diced tomatoes in olive oil, garlic and spices, undrained
   1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
   1 (16-ounce) can frozen carrots, green beans and cauliflower (or other combination)
   2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick®
   2/3 cup milk
   1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1. Heat oven to 425°. Cook beef in ovenproof 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetables. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

2. Mix Bisquick, milk and parsley until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto beef mixture; remove from heat.

3. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and stew is bubbly. HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Heat oven to 450°.
