Chicken with Garlic Bread Crumbs |

Serves: 4

1/2 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/4 tsp salt
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
1 egg, beaten
2 tbs margarine or butter
Spaghetti sauce or barbeque sauce, warmed, if desired

Mix bread crumbs, parsley, salt and garlic. Dip chicken strips into egg, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in margarine 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
