Chicken Lo Mein |

8 oz uncooked linquini noodles, broken in half
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
1/2 c stir fry sauce
1/4 c chicken broth
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 (16-oz) bag frozen chopped broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

Cook and drain linguine as directed on package. Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until brown. Add stir-fry sauce, broth and red pepper to chicken and stir. Heat to boiling. Stir in frozen vegetables. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve chicken mixture over linguine.
