Parsleyed Parmesan Fish

Ingredients

1/2 pound fresh or frozen fish filet
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian-style bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 450°. Grease broiler pan rack.
2. Place fish fillets in single layer on rack in broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered 12 to 16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
