Italian Kabobs

Ingredients

4 10 or 11 inch bamboo or metal skewers
1/2 pound fully cooked polish sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 small green pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
8 medium whole mushrooms
1/4 cup creamy Italian dressing or creamy garlic dressing
4 cherry tomatoes

Directions:

1. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning. Set oven control to broil.
2. Thread sausage pieces, bell pepper pieces and mushrooms alternately on skewers, leaving space between each piece. Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan. Brush half of the dressing over kabobs.
3. Broil kabobs with tops about 4 inches from heat 5 minutes turn. Add tomato to end of each skewer. Brush kabobs with remaining dressing. Broil about 5 minutes longer or until bell pepper pieces are crisp-tender.
