_ cups mixed vegetables frozen
_ 7/8-ounce package béarnaise sauce mix *
Cold tap water
Butter or margarine
_ 1/2 cups ham cubed cooked (about 1 lb.)
___ cup seasoned stuffing mix
Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Prepare béarnaise sauce according to package directions, substituting water for the milk.
In a 1 1/2 -quart casserole, mix ham, drained vegetables, and sauce until blended. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and pepper.
Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
