	Special Orange Sauce

   2 egg yolk
   1/2 cup sugar
   1/3 cup orange juice
   1/4 cup lemon juice
   1 teaspoon grated orange zest
   1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
   1/8 teaspoon salt
   2 egg whites

Beat egg yolks and sugar until light. Add orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, lemon zest, and salt; cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into the mixture.
