	Quick Orange Sauce

   1/2 cup sugar
   1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
   1 1/4 cups orange juice concentrate
   1/2 cup water
   1 tablespoon grated orange rinds
   Few drops orange extract

Mix sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, and water together in saucepan; cook slowly, stirring constantly until thickened. Add grated orange rind and orange extract.
