1 medium banana, cut into chuncks
1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 or 4 ice cubes


1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend about 15 seconds or until blended. Serve immediately.
