LOW FAT/LOW CHOLESTEROL/LOW CALORIE
Prep: 10 min
Banana is what gives this breakfast shake its thick and creamy appeal! To make sure you always have bananas on hand, peel them and freeze in plastic wrap. Just use a little less ice when whipping up this drink with frozen bananas.
1 medium banana, cut into chuncks
1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 or 4 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend about 15 seconds or until
blended. Serve immediately.
