Grab Toto (or your household’s equivalent) and take cover! This is one powerfully tasty juice.
6 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
6 stalks celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1/4 red bell pepper
2 tomatoes, quartered
Alternate adding half the carrots, celery, and red pepper to the juicer, then the tomatoes, followed by the remaining half of the ingredients; process until juiced. Pour the juice into two glasses, and garnish each with a celery stalk with leaves, if desired.
