Print this Recipe
You will not be embarrassed to say this is one of the best juices you have ever tasted.
4 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1/2 cup packed spinach
1/2 apple, quartered
1/8 head (3 ounces) of cabbage, halved
1/2 small beet with top, halved
Alternate adding the carrots, spinach, apple, cabbage, and beet to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish the rim of the glass with a Cucumber Wheel (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
