Don't Spare the Asparagus |

Print this Recipe
Asparagus can be so good when made into a juice with a touch of other vegetables such as carrot and celery. Enjoy it any time of the day.
6 asparagus spears, halved
4 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
2 stalks celery, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
Alternate adding the asparagus, carrots, and celery to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish with a celery stalk with leaves, if desired.
